Requirements
It might be you who are we looking for, if you
- Have experience in IT support
- Have experience in telephone support and in dealing with ticket systems
- Have advanced knowledge of German
- Have high service orientation and good communication skill
- Have basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Linux and hardware knowledge is also an advantage
- Have basic network knowledge and experience in performing installations and system configurations
- Have willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
Responsibilities
If you join us, you will have to
- Solve technical problems in German pharmacies
- Open cases in order to track it
- Help pharmacist to add, remove, install new and/or old hardware
- Talk with pharmacy employees and solve their technical problems/requirements
- Solve all kind of requirements regarding ERP systems of the pharmacy from technical point of view
- Help the customer over remote access (mainly TeamViewer) in order to set up new requirements or solve problems
